Hamlin, III light deed from Addie Dunn Hamlin, a widow dated October 15, 1953 and recorded in the clerks office of Louisa circuit court on October 15, 1953, in deed book 88, page 253; and being lot number one conveyed to the said Addie Dunn Hamlin, then Addie L. Dunn, as 103 acres under deeds of division recorded in said office on August 31, 1900, in deed book 18, page 471, said deeds of division, having been made in accordance with the will of Reverend Thomas R. Dunn, probated in said office on October the 8, 1888, in will book 19, page 292. The said property is conveyed subject to the easements there over, of record, or which may appear from an inspection of the premises, together with the rights-of-way thereunto belonging.taxes on said realestate for the year 1975 or prorated between the parties.
