Henry, Ann, Celia, Sally, Deanse and William and a baby child of Little Martha which were vested in Jane Riordan one of the daughters and legatees of James C. Dickinson, dec'd. how has lately married and is now the wife of David S. Gillespie and the slaves then became vested in Mary Chewning wife of Robert Chewning, Frances Moss wife of Francis O. Moss, and Lafayette W. Riordan. The said Mary, Frances and Lafayette W. being the children of Jane Riordan now Jane Gillespie. This ure makes an arrange by which Robert Chewning, Lafayette W. Riordan, and Francis O. Moss give an absolute fee simple in Little Martha and her three children Ames, William and the baby to Jane R. Riordan wife of David S.
