Watkins who is in custody of the sheriff and being unable to give bail has surrendered a schedule of his estate confessed judgement and taken oath of insolvent debtor. In the schedule is contained Watkins equity of redemption in the property contained in a deed of trust executed by him to William J. Timberlake in trust to secure a debt. In deed of trust is tract of 2721/2 acres adjoining John Wheeler, Thomas Darnall and other being lad John D. Watkins now resides.
