C. and Garland Anderson have this day entered themselves as securities for said Elijah Johnson in a bond given for the prison bounds of the county aforesaid the said Elijah Johnson having been committed to the jail of the said county at the suit of the said Pickett and Pollard and the said Elijah Johnson being desirous of securing the said John Overton, H.
